Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, and publisher monetization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Regional Expertise: Understanding of the LATAM digital publishing landscape, with fluency in English and preferably one additional LATAM language (Portuguese, Spanish, French).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
