Job Description
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join our 100% remote team. As a key member of our Enterprise Services Department, you will play a critical role in solving business problems through system improvements and automation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows, create and maintain Salesforce SOPs, and ensure user adoption of new systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures
- Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation
- Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required
