Salesforce Administrator - Revenue Ops (Remote)

MonetizeMore builds industry-leading ad technology and is seeking a Salesforce Administrator - Revenue Ops to join their 100% remote team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures
• Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation
• Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required
• Experience with integrating other sales tech with SF an asset - such as Similarweb, Gong, RedVolcano etc.
• Understanding of AI and how to leverage it in these environments
