Requirements
- Level 2 technical support for financial systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT support tickets
- Support Bloomberg, Reuters, and other financial market data systems
- Collaborate with Level 1 support teams
- Contribute to existing knowledge base
- Escalating unresolved issues to Level 3 support or other specialized teams
- Work closely with compliance and risk management teams
- Assist with financial system deployments, updates, and integrations
- Monitoring critical systems and applications
- Document solutions, processes, and troubleshooting steps
- Provide end-user training and guidance
- Ensure IT processes align with financial industry standards and compliance regulations
