Requirements
- Financial analysis of relevant financial information
- Assistance in preparation of financial analysis summary on listing applicants
- Assistance in reviewing financial due diligence reports.
- Preparation and filing of listing application suite of documentation
- Research on applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks
- Liaising with all applicable stakeholders
- Proof reading of documentation
- General administrative support
