Senior Treasury Manager

Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase is one of Malta's largest financial services firms that pioneered the Maltese financial services industry as early as 1971. The Senior Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day treasury operations of the organisation, ensuring effective liquidity management, payments, foreign exchange operations, international fixed income trading as well as counterparty risk and exposure management in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of treasury experience within fintech, banking, payments, investment services, or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, settlement cycles, and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent understanding of cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Knowledge of treasury management systems and banking platforms.
• Understanding of FX management and financial risk controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
