Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Motion Design Lead to join our growing Brand and Creative Team. As the most senior motion designer, you will oversee the strategic development and end-to-end execution of all motion, video, and animation initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Motion Design
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong storytelling skills
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to balance high-end creativity with commercial pragmatism
- Ability to communicate clearly and articulate motion rationale
