Senior AI Researcher

Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform seeking a Senior AI Researcher to work on its AI system, Aurora, to guide customers toward better financial outcomes. The position involves research and development of machine learning models to address challenges in customer state resolution, natural language policy translation, and symbolic components orchestration. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in ML research or engineering, with expertise in text generation, agentic systems, or symbolic reasoning, and a strong understanding of machine learning, model tuning, and evaluation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an ML research or engineering role with meaningful exposure to text generation, agentic systems, or symbolic reasoning
• Knowledge of applied machine learning, model tuning, and model evaluation
• Knowledge of the latest approaches in generative AI, including SoTA models
• Familiarity with open-source LLM ecosystems and cloud infrastructure sufficient to bootstrap independently
