Moneycorp is a thriving dynamic business with an excellent reputation helping Corporate and Private Clients with their FX and International Payments requirements for over 40 years. We are looking for a Head of Compliance/MLRO to join our Compliance team on a full-time, permanent basis in our Hong Kong office.
Requirements
- Handle the onboarding and ongoing reviews for Hong Kong's portfolio of customers in line with group procedures
- Support jurisdiction reviews for selected markets in Asia
- Execute TM workload, escalate and report locally and to Head Office as necessary
- Produce periodic TM reviews for local management record
- Keep local office abreast of Group AML/CFT policies, relevant updates to laws, sanctions, risks and concerns
- Update and enhance local policies, manuals, documentation as needed
- Supporting local staffs' training in AML/CFT, including ensuring the completion of both Group and local regulator's training requirements
- Overseeing local Compliance staff
