Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Risk & UK Compliance Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, this role is responsible for establishing and embedding an enhanced enterprise-wide risk management framework, while also leading the UK Compliance function.
Requirements
- Significant experience in risk and/or compliance leadership roles within fintech, digital wealth/asset management, or financial services
- Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, Consumer Duty, SMCR) and relevant EU frameworks (Bank of Italy, ESMA, MiFID II)
- Proven experience in UK Compliance, including regulatory reporting, FOS interactions, and Consumer Duty implementation
- Experience operating as or working closely with SMF holders
- Proven ability to design, build or lead a risk and/or compliance function in a fast-paced environment
