Head of AI & Data Science reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for leading the technical direction of the business, architecting systems that reason, plan, and act upon data, and ensuring AI is a fundamental capability that enhances engineering standards, product value, and commercial moat.

Requirements

• Full-spectrum expertise in modern AI stack and traditional data science
• Architectural leadership experience for complex systems
• Ability to speak the language of the C-Suite, customer, and engineer
• Systemic thinking and ability to translate high-level business goals into technical solutions
