Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience in Personal Injury and/or Defense law firm settings
• Drafting of deposition notices, discovery requests and responses, and pleadings
• Communication with clients regarding litigation.
• Scheduling of depositions, trial preparation, court reporters, and internal meetings.
• E-file experience.
• Expert knowledge of civil litigation timelines and deadlines.
