Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will manage the delivery of various training programs across the firm, including developing and administering training courses, coordinating with SMEs, and maintaining training records. • Intermediate or Advanced Proficiency skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong computer skills
• Basic desktop publishing skills for content creation
• Proven work experience in developing training guides and effective training skills
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Proven ability to complete the full training cycle
