Job Description
Kadiak, LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator with a Secret clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington, DC. The Training Coordinator will design, test, distribute, and update training materials related to automated passport systems and gather business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Ability to design, deliver, maintain, and evaluate training programs
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques of training
- Knowledge of computer technology
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Secret clearance required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Six (6) years of experience in training project assignments
- Proficiency with MOSS 2007 and SharePoint Designer 2007
- Knowledge of ASP. NET, HTML, XHTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript, Visual Studio and SharePoint Object model
- Experience with proprietary third-party software such as CorasWorks Workplace Suite and Metastorm
- Five (5) years of experience utilizing a variety of office software
