A Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing training and development programs within an organization. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring that employees receive the necessary training to enhance their skills, knowledge, and job performance.

Requirements

• Collaborate with department managers and HR to identify training needs
• Design and develop training programs, modules, and materials
• Create training schedules, coordinate training sessions, and manage training calendars
• Allocate resources, such as trainers, training facilities, equipment, and materials
• Conduct training sessions or coordinate trainers to deliver content effectively
• Manage the enrollment and registration process for training programs
• Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness
• Develop and manage the training budget
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technology tools
• Ensure that all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Generate reports and dashboards to measure training outcomes
• Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to employees and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain training documentation, including course outlines, training materials, and records of completion
