Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Associate to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the company. The role requires a driven self-starter with experience in business strategy and operations, excellent communication skills, and ability to use data to drive business decisions.
Requirements
- BA/BS; MBA is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy and operations with 2-3 years as a management consultant, investment banker, or in a comparable role at a technology company
- Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions including the ability to structure problems for analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize strategic insights in an actionable and compelling manner
- Confidence using SQL for fetching and manipulating data
- Advanced Excel and Google Slides or PowerPoint skills
