MongoDB is looking for a motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join their team in Rome. The role involves formulating and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have superb energy, passion, and initiative for new business acquisition, with a focus on Public Sector accounts and quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field experience with a focus on Public Sector accounts
• Quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
• Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
• Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
• Skilled in building business champions
• Native Italian and fluent in English
