MongoDB is hiring a Manager, Employee Experience India to join our APAC Employee Experience organization. The role will report to the Head of HR, APAC and will be responsible for scaling business processes while supporting employees and managers to optimize the experience of working for MongoDB.
Requirements
- Partner with global HRBPs and COEs to support achieving the people goals of assigned business units in India
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalated employee and people manager questions and concerns for your assigned business unit
- Coach and enable managers to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and manage employee performance
- Support our commitment to a safe and balanced workplace by evaluating employee complaints to make appropriate recommendations to address the matter.
- Develop and evolve MongoDB People processes and systems to continue elevating the employee and manager experience
- Effectively lead and manage direct report(s), fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while actively supporting their professional development
- Stay updated on employment law and current legislation related to Human Resources, providing valuable advice to managers, identifying risks, and suggesting alternative solutions
- Focus on manager and leadership enablement; support and promote a values-based culture and effective hybrid working environment in partnership with Workplace and local leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor, applying your HR expertise and understanding of MongoDB’s business to effectively partner with leaders to provide guidance, support, and coaching to drive people development and business results
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
