Lead, Bus Sys Engineering - CPQ

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive the architecture, design, and evolution of critical Salesforce and CRM solutions across our business systems landscape.

Requirements

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, automations, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions aligned with long-term platform strategy
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for coding, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and release management
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive long-term, scalable resolutions
