We're looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented and hands-on individual to join the Revenue Team as a Revenue Lead. This role will be based out of our Gurugram, India office and will primarily be responsible for analyzing and reviewing complex revenue transactions, providing direction on technical revenue accounting issues and articulating accounting impact to our business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CA/CPA preferred)
- At least 7+ years of experience in a similar role at a public, high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Prior experience with revenue operations, revenue recognition and reconciliation processes
- Deep expertise in ASC 606
- Experience in hiring, managing and mentoring high performing teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working with large volumes of data
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, and have the ability to independently drive projects to completion
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally at various levels within a company
