Manager, Solutions Architecture

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage a Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture team. The team works with the go-to-market team to help customers craft and build solutions to address their business needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of pre-sales experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Results oriented with a track record of overachievement
• Driven with a strong desire to be successful
• Focused with strong time and resource management skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Database industry background a plus
• Software development background a plus
• Experience across the LATAM market, beyond Mexico a plus
