The Strategic Events Manager is a key member of the Global Strategic Events team, responsible for planning and executing MongoDB's strategic events portfolio with a primary focus on programs in the AMER region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of event marketing, event management, or field marketing experience
- Proven track record of leading complex events end-to-end with a high degree of independence
- Strong project management skills with a data-driven approach to performance and ROI
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working independently in a global, distributed team environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Cvent
