Job Description
MongoDB is looking for a Revenue Manager to join their Revenue Team in Palo Alto, CA. The role will own end-to-end revenue processes for cloud products and support the execution and scaling of revenue operations in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a similar role at a public, high-growth SaaS or technology company, with a background in accounting and revenue operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with revenue operations, revenue recognition and reconciliation processes
- Working knowledge of ASC 606
- Proficiency in MS Excel and large volumes of data
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership of complex revenue areas, influence cross-functional partners, and drive projects to completion
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills
