MongoDB is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Senior Analyst to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the company, leading cross-functional teams and utilizing data to drive business decisions.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a quantitative field
- 2-5 years of experience in business strategy and operations
- Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel and Google Slides or PowerPoint skills
- Confidence using SQL for fetching and manipulating data
