Job Description
MongoDB is seeking passionate technologists to join their Pre-Sales organization, guiding customers to build reliable and scalable applications using the company's data platform, MongoDB Atlas. This role involves working closely with sales executives, providing expert technical advice, and driving growth through account success. It requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach, with opportunities for in-office work in Shenzhen.
Requirements
- 8 - 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, minimum 3 years in pre-sales
- Minimum of 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#)
- Experience designing with scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex architecture of existing applications
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
