We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts. The right candidate will be experienced in leading engineering programs and have a strong technical background. The role will involve partnering with stakeholders across the organization, developing and executing against product vision and business objectives, and providing data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an engineering organization leading complex cross-functional technical programs
- 5+ years of software development background
- Partnership with technical stakeholders to break down engineering challenges
- Ability to communicate with diverse set of engineers and stakeholders
- Hyper-organization and ability to coordinate multiple work streams
- Familiarity with MongoDB or comparable technology
