Recruitment and Talent Director

We’re seeking a Recruitment and Talent Director to lead the people function and take ownership of HR, recruitment, and talent management. This role is office-based in London and requires generalist HR expertise and experience working in a global context.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar sole-charge generalist role or leading a recruitment and talent management function in a global context
• Generalist human-resources expertise including performance management, learning and development, culture and engagement, remuneration and reward and ER, with a good grasp of UK employment law
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver pragmatic and fit-for-purpose solutions and initiatives
• Proven success in building excellent relationships at all levels of the organisation, allowing you to influence, coach and support in a range of situations
