Monogram Health is seeking a Cloud Engineer for a full-time role in Brentwood, TN. The Cloud Engineer will work closely with internal and external team members, supporting and monitoring internal and client-facing technology systems. The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and exposure to AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or minimum of three (3) years’ experience supporting, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise information technology systems in Azure (Microsoft ecosystem).
- Knowledge of backup, restore, recovery, and high availability strategies for cloud environments.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot server and database resource issues (CPU, memory, I/O, disk space).
- Understanding of complex Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and adherence to standards and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication.
- Familiarity with network protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP) and TCP/IP routing/subnetting.
- Working knowledge of VPN connectivity and client troubleshooting.
- PowerShell skills.
- AWS and GCP experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network equipment/IOS preferred.
- Certification(s) related to the cloud environment preferred (e.g., AZ-900 or higher, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer).
