Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage face-to-face with patients who could benefit from Monogram Health's services, educating them on the program, answering their questions, and building their trust. Your outreach has the power to dramatically improve someone's health, well-being, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Field Sales Rep, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or similar is helpful but not required
- Comfortable with outdoor, door-to-door, or on-location outreach
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of self-motivation and independence
- Results-driven, with a hunter mentality
- Ability to adapt to different customer types and field scenarios
- Tech-savvy enough to manage CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting
