Job Description
As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage face-to-face with patients who could benefit from Monogram Health's services, educating them on the program and building their trust. Your outreach has the power to dramatically improve someone's health, well-being, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Conduct daily in-person outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients
- Proactively schedule and complete at least 10 home visits daily
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Facilitate a high completion rate of scheduled visits
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
