Job Description
Field Sales Representative needed to engage with patients, educate them about Monogram Health program, and build their trust to connect them to life-changing care.
Requirements
- Conduct daily in-person outreach to high-risk, hard-to-reach patients
- Proactively schedules and completes at least 15 home visits daily
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
