Job Description
We are seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in South East New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients in a palliative care setting and be able to provide compassionate, patient-centric care. The role will involve working autonomously to identify patients who qualify for palliative care services, developing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certified for appropriate licensure
- Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
- Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
- 2+ years working with patients in a palliative care setting
