
Job description
This is a customer application engineer position in the MPS San Jose office. The candidate will be working on the products for the memory market, specifically DIMM market. The candidate will be supporting the key memory customers, understanding the customer’s issue and requirements, planning action items, communicating with MPS internal different departments, driving actions to meet customer requirement and resolve customer concern.
Communicate with memory customers to understand the market and their technology, product roadmap and production plan. Understand and support customers’ questions, concerns and requests from technical perspective. Plan action items to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal departments such as design, quality, package, and failure analysis teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Previous experience on customer communication and support is highly desired. Previous experience of application engineer or technical field application engineer roles is preferred. Previous experience working on storage and memory market is preferred.
