Senior Counsel Commercial Transactions

We are seeking a mid-level in-house attorney to lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements and intellectual property agreements.

Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school
• Bar admission in good standing to at least one US state
• 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting and/or IP transactions
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and legal analytical skills
