Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with the supervision of maintenance employees, groundskeepers, and housekeepers, and will be responsible for all building maintenance to include electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing to maintain buildings and equipment in safe condition.
Requirements
- Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform duties related to work orders and projects
- Maintain building inventory for cost-effective operations
- Schedule and complete Preventive Maintenance
