Maintenance Technician - Keystone Landing Apts.

Monroe Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! The position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goal.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Apartment/multi-family Maintenance
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of maintenance technician including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and appliance repair knowledge
