Job Description
Monroe Tractor is a well-known construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer seeking a Construction Sales Director to lead sales teams in western branches, develop annual objectives, and improve communication within departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of construction equipment dealership experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in a construction equipment dealership
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Leadership minded and able to control and express one's emotions
- High sense of urgency and high level of energy
- Ability to gather, analyze, and communicate complex data and information
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
