Job Description
This overnight brewer position is a part-time, full-time role within Oskar Blues' brewhouse at CANarchy facilities. The role involves basic brewhouse operations, including maintaining quality, weighing ingredients, operating equipment, and cleaning. Requirements
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Weigh and stage malt, hops, salts, and brewing aids.
- Operate mill effectively and safely.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Log information accurately.
- Complete general cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Informs coworkers and management of problems.
