Accounting Assistant (Temp to Hire)

As a Chain Claims Assistant at Monster Energy, you will be responsible for managing and organizing email inboxes, reviewing and entering invoices, and providing customer service support to the Claims team and internal departments. You will also perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel skills are a must)
• Experience in accounting (minimum 1 year)
• Experience in clerical and/or customer service role (minimum 1 year)
• Ability to learn quickly and be proactive
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
