Monster Energy is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and resolving discrepancies to ensure invoices are processed and paid timely and accurately.

Requirements

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Communicate with colleagues and vendors
• Process wire/electronic payments
• Analyze general ledger accounts
• Perform monthly closing procedures
• Run weekly reports and prepare journal entries
• Communicate with other departments
• Audit and post purchase orders and invoices
