Requirements

• Manage and direct activities of the sanitation and batching departments
• Verify all batching equipment meets sanitary conditions
• Test chemical concentrations and maintain equipment cleanliness
• Ensure consistent and accurate measurements and blending
• Analyze reports and recommend process improvements
