• Negotiate contracts with vendors for facility-related projects and oversee contractor performance.
• Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Manage multiple internal and externally sponsored projects and daily operational activities.
• Review utility consumption and develop cost-reduction strategies.
