Packaging Engineer

As a Packaging Engineer at Monster Energy, you'll be at the heart of our thrilling journey, ensuring every can of our invigorating beverages reaches our fans in top condition.

Requirements

• Lead the charge in testing and validating both new and existing packaging
• Investigate supplier claims and solve packaging mysteries with root cause analyses
• Support new package design and implementation through dyeline development and approval
• Work with primary and secondary suppliers on issues, defects, claims, holds, returns, plant audits, and new qualifications
• Test packaging for validation, evaluation, or qualification
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Copacker, Warehousing, and Bottlers
• Support various stakeholders to ensure product specs are correct, updated, and revised as needed
