Requirements
- Provide analysis and interpretation of internal and external market data
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to business development management and sales management
- Generate reports and scorecards for management, BDM, commercial, and sales teams
- Build customer centric knowledge by managing relationships and networks within different divisions and groups
- Build customer and retail intelligence and maintain/analyze survey data from field and street teams
- Aid in the development of the Monster Energy Sales Team through training of Salient, Margin Minder, Nielsen, and VIP Reporting
- Monitor execution of programs specific to sales at a BU level and communicate at the BU level for special focuses, priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reporting
- Manage communication at the business unit (BU) level for special focuses, priorities, goals, and strategic initiatives
- Assist in developing and preparing Sales Presentations, utilizing fact-based data from multiple sources and present ideas internally and externally as needed
