Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in demand planning management
• Between 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process flow and management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools and forecasting software
• Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems, including Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and alert functions familiarity
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
