Job Description
As a cut monster, you transform raw video material into engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll cut social media ads, reels, shorts, and performance content, and work closely with the creative and performance team.
Requirements
- Cut social media ads, reels, shorts, and performance content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Develop engaging intros, fast cuts, and dynamic dramaturgies that catch attention
- Combine footage, sound, text, and motion graphics to create attention-grabbing creatives
- Test variants and hooks for maximum effect
- Deliver quickly, structured, and reliably, even with tight deadlines
- Have a strong sense of timing, storytelling, and current social trends
- Know how to use the first seconds to make sure no one scrolls further
- Work precisely, independently, and performance-oriented
- Have secure German language skills (English is nice to have)
- Have experience with Premiere Pro or Final Cut (After Effects is a plus)
