Personnel Officer, responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of professional and leadership development programs as well as policies and procedures. This role ensures that learning programs meet the evolving needs of the university and focuses on building both professional skills and leadership capacity across all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 year of experience in human resources
- Ability to interpret applicable Montana Tech and MUS procedures, policies, HR Law, and collaborative bargaining agreements.
- Ability to establish relationships as strategic partner across campus
