Job Description
We're looking for a full-time HRIS Solutions Owner to technically own and evolve our HR Information Systems, ensuring our tools and data empower smarter decisions, seamless operations, and a great employee experience.
Requirements
- 4 years of proven experience leading Success Factors implementation and operations in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance.
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., payroll, finance, ATS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
