The Survey Manager collaborates with a small team to plan and execute a statewide maternal health survey. Responsibilities include operationalizing project plans, coordinating participant recruitment and data collection activities, supporting regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of data quality.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a social science field
• Minimum three years of experience in applied research project management
• Experience leading large-scale survey data collection
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency (preferred)
• Experience working in maternal and child health (preferred)
