Job Description
Montefino is seeking Respiratory Care Practitioners to provide direct medical care to patients with Developmental Disabilities in their care facilities. These positions require more direct patient interaction than usual, focusing on providing care, treatment, and support while adhering to established standards and procedures. RTs build relationships with patients and their families to foster positive outcomes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Respiratory License/Credentials
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of field & best practices (oxygen delivery, regulations, sanitation)
- Active communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Proficiency with office/computer software
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
